I usually don't comment on the hottest topic in our so-called blogosphere.
But sometimes, just sometimes, I do.
So this happened.
Two bloggers charged under Sedition Act over racist remarks
What is it about the internet that makes some people think that they can be irresponsible for their actions and speeches? Don't they know that their comments on their blogs and forums carry the same weight as if they are speaking in public?
Damn stupid.
Cowboy Caleb says, "...The Intarweb is a public place, and as such if you have nothing nice to say then shut the hell up. "
Mr Brown says, "...Publishing race hate in any medium, be it blogs, email, print, tv, radio, or a piece of paper you put on people's car, is a criminal offence in Singapore, and I believe in many countries, like the UK.
Something to bear in mind, whether you are a blogger or not."
