For the past 1.5 months, I've seen my gynae more times than I see my sister or friends. Thus, one of our girls' talk topics nowadays is about whether it's time we need a gynae (the answer is yes) and how to look for a good gynae (hint: you must feel really comfortable communicating with him/her).

Needless to say, we make jokes about male gynaes' "job satisfaction" and about how they came to choose this specialisation. But none of us know a real-life gynae well enough to ask those curious george questions we have.
