I went to collect my tickets from sistic yesterday. As usual, there was a queue at the counter, with an indecisive person at the head holding up the queue. I can't understand why I still need to get in line if I have already gotten my tickets through the internet and all I need is for them to be printed out. If not, why am I paying that extra $0.20 per transaction? So when it was my turn I asked the lady if it is possible for internet customers to jump queue or for them to designate a separate queue. She said, er no but we're working on a system for that.
Oh please, you've been giving me that damn line for the longest time.
Thus today I sent a feedback form to sistic.
And the reply:

Dear Ms.
Thank you for your email.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The management at the various agents determines how many system and staff
to be deployed at the SISTIC counters, as such if they think that they can
manage the crowd with the system provided, we respect that decision made by
them.We empathize with our customers who has to spend time queuing just to pick
up tickets for an event, as such we do display a sign board on all our agents
indicating that there are priority for customers who are just picking up their
tickets.For your next visit, you may wish to approach the staff at the counter
to inform them you are just picking up your tickets in order for the staff to
process your request.
On our side, we will inform the staff at the counters to display the sign
board more visibly to the customers and be more vigilant in handling and sizing
up the situation when there is a crowd at the counters.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and your kind understanding on the
matter.
